With the world going as insane as it has in the last few years, side hustles have become a normal thing. Since the introduction of ChatGPT, any kind of side hustle you can utilize AI tools with, is a must-do.
I’ve created a couple of new ‘side hustles’ (I put that in quotes because nothing is really a side hustle for me. It’s all or nothing), and naturally I’ve insisted that they be side hustles that I can use AI tools to start and grow.
I also put ‘side hustle’ in quotes because many of them can actually earn you full time money.
Isn’t that what we ALL want?
That said, I receive emails from entrepreneurs daily, wanting to know about what type of AI related side hustles I’d recommend. And I always tell them that it depends on what they’re interested in. Because starting a side hustle in a niche that you have no interest in, is a guaranteed recipe for failure.
I have a friend who asked for this same advice about 8 months ago. She had just been laid off from her job (which she hated anyway), and she told me that she wanted to provide services from her home that could be done with the help of AI tools.
After getting deeper into the conversation, she said that in her research, she found a product that interested her on the subject, and because it wasn’t crazy expensive, she was going to buy it. It also recommended the services and niches that she should try, AND gave her a list of clients she could access.
Fast forward 8 months, and it sounds like she’s very happy with her purchase. She says that she’s making more with her side hustle in a month than she made at her old job in 3 months. (She told me that she just had her first double digit month…almost $12k!)
Is this a side hustle for her?
No. It’s become her full time job, but she loves it, and she’s now able to pay all of her bills in the same month, and have plenty left over (fun money).
Clearly, the product that she bought seems to be working for her.
I said all this to say, if you’re looking for a way to make good money without leaving your house, finding a niche, and use AI tools to provide some type of service is the best way to go. And having a product that will walk you through the process is invaluable.
